- 2- cloves of garlic
- 2tbsp- Thai fish sauce
- 2tbsp- sweet chilli sauce
- 2tbsp- ginger
- 60ml- lime juice
- 2tbsp- peanut butter
- 1tbsp- ground cumin
- 1tbsp- ground turmeric
- 1tbsp- white vinegar
- 2tbsp- caster sugar
- 3tbsp- unsalted, roasted peanut
- coriander leaves

Directions
1. Prepare the marinade.
In a bowl, mix in the cumin, fish sauce, turmeric, lime juice, ginger, and garlic.
2. Marinate the lamb.
Add the lamb strips and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Prepare the peanut sauce.
In a saucepan, combine the peanut butter, sweet chilli sauce, vinegar, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Add water gradually and heat gently, stirring until smooth. Stir in crushed peanuts and adjust consistency.
4. Assemble the skewers.
Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers.
5. Cook the satay.
Grill over medium-high heat for 10 minutes turning occasionally until cooked.
