  • 2- cloves of garlic
  • 2tbsp- Thai fish sauce
  • 2tbsp- sweet chilli sauce
  • 2tbsp- ginger
  • 60ml- lime juice
  • 2tbsp- peanut butter
  • 1tbsp- ground cumin
  • 1tbsp- ground turmeric
  • 1tbsp- white vinegar
  • 2tbsp- caster sugar
  • 3tbsp- unsalted, roasted peanut
  • coriander leaves

Directions

1. Prepare the marinade.

In a bowl, mix in the cumin, fish sauce, turmeric, lime juice, ginger, and garlic.
