- 50g- Leek
- 120ml- cream
- 500ml- peas (frozen)
- 1ltr- white stock
- 50g- butter
- 50g- celery
- 50g- onion
- 2tbs- mint (finely chopped)
- salt to taste
- pinch of pepper

Directions
