- 100g- parmesan cheese
- 600g- broccoli
- 400g- tomatoes
- 500ml- natural yorghut
- 500ml- bechamel sauce
- 200g- carrots
- 50g- pine nuts
- 250ml- sunflower oil
- 4- courgettes
- 400g- mushrooms
- 4- cloves of garlic
- 200g- onions
- 4tbsp- tomato puree

Directions
1. Cook the lasagne.
Cook the lasagne in boiling salted water. Refresh and drain.
2. Sweat the onions.
Sweat the onions and garlic in heated oil.
3. Cook the mushroom.
Add the mushrooms and cook them. Season.
4. Cook the courgettes.
In a clean saucepan, heat the oil and fry the courgettes lightly, then sprinkle with oregano. Cook until crisp, then add the tomatoes and tomato puree.
5. Add the broccoli.
Add in the broccoli and carrots, then mix in the pine kernels.
6. Make a cheese sauce.
Make a cheese sauce using bechamel and half the grated cheese, finish with the natural yogurt.
7. Grease the ovenproof dish.
Grease an ovenproof dish with the sunflower oil and place a layer of lasagne in the bottom.
8. Make the layers.
Cover with a layer of mushrooms, then a layer of lasagne, then the broccoli and tomato mixture, then lasagne, then cheese sauce. Finish with a layer of cheese sauce on the top.
9. Sprinkle with parmesan.
