- 2tbsp- parsley
- 400g- potatoes
- 500g- stewing lamb
- 2tbsp- sunflower oil
- 100g- onions
- salt, pepper

Directions
1. Prepare the lamb.
Season the lamb with salt and pepper.
2. Brown the meat.
Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and brown the lamb pieces. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the onions.
In the same pan, cook the thinly sliced onions until soft.
4. Layer the ingredients.
In an ovenproof dish, layer the lamb and onions. Arrange the thinly sliced potatoes on top in an even layer.
5. Add stock.
Pour in the brown stock gently without disturbing the potato layer.
6. Cook.
Cover and cook in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour until the lamb is tender and the potatoes are cooked.
7. Finish.
Remove the lid for the last 20 minutes to allow the potatoes to brown slightly.
