  • 800kg- lean stewing lamb
  • 400g- couscous
  • 4tbsp- Olive oil
  • 400g- stewing beef
  • 2- cloves of garlic
  • 100g- onion
  • 200g- leek
  • 200- celery
  • 50g- chickpeas
  • 200g- carrots
  • 1/2- saffron
  • 1/2- ground ginger
  • 200g- courgettes
  • 100g- raisins
  • 100g- tomatoes
  • 1tbsp- paprika
  • 100- butter
  • cayenne pepper
  • parsley

Directions

1. Soak the couscous.

Soak the couscous in warm water.

Soak the couscous.
2. Fry the meat.

Fry the meat until browned.
