  • 2ltrs- Beef stock
  • 50g- barley
  • 2- Bouquet garni
  • 400g- Lean beef
  • 400g- Vegetables (turnip, onions, celery, leeks, parsley)
  • pinch of salt, pepper

Directions

1. Boil the beef
