Ingredients
- 100g- butter
- 2- Bouquet garni
- 100g- flour
- 2ltrs- white stock
- 200g- Onions, leeks and celery (sliced)
- salt, pepper- to taste

Directions
1. Cook the vegetables.
Gently cook all the vegetables in the fat, without browning.
2. Mix in the flour.

4. Season.
