Ingredients
- 100g- Parsley
- 2- garlic
- 200g- tomatoes
- 100g- bacon
- 2tbs- tomato puree
- 100g- butter
- 100g- potatoes
- 50g- peas
- 50g- spaghetti
- 2- bouquet garni
- 50g-french beans
- 1ltr- white stock
- 600g- mixed vegetables
- salt to taste
- pinch of pepper

Directions
1. Cut mixed vegetables
Cut the peeled and washed mixed vegetables into paysanne

2. Cook vegetables in butter.
Cook the vegetables slowly without colour in the butter.

3. Add the stock and seasoning
Add the stock, bouquet garni, seasoning and simmer for 20 minutes.

4. Add the peas and the beans cut into julienne and simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Add the spaghetti , potatoes and tomatoes
