- 500g- rocket leaves
- 250g- goats' cheese
- 2tbsp- red pepper
- 2tbsp- olive oil
- 2tbsp- balsamic vinegar

- 10- spring onions
- 2tbsp- parsley

Directions
1. Boil the lentils.
Add the lentils to the water together with the bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
2. Mix the ingredients.
