- 800g- rice
- 50g- butter
- 350g- button mushrooms
- 2ltrs-Chicken stock
- 100g- onions
- salt to taste

Directions
1. Sauté the onions.
Place half the butter in a saucepan and add the onions. Sauté for 3 minutes.
2. Add the rice and mushrooms.
Add the mushroom and rice and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add the stock.
Add the chicken stock and season. Bring to the boil.
4. Place in the oven.
Place in a hot oven of about 250 degrees Celsius until cooked.
5. Add butter.
Remove when it's done and cool in a sauteuse. Mix in the remaining butter with a two-pronged fork.
6. Serve.
Correct the seasoning and serve.
