  • 2tbsp- vegetable oil
  • 2- shallots
  • 1- lime
  • 1tbsp- ginger
  • 2tbsp- yuzu juice
  • 1- red chilli
  • 2tbsp- coriander leaves
  • sea salt to taste

Directions

1. Prepare the marinade.

In a bowl mix the lime juice, yuzu juice, ginger, shallots, red chilli, sea salt, and half of the coriander leaves.
