Ingredients
- 400g- lamb (minced)
- 25g- margarine
- 3 drops- Worcester sauce
- 35ml- sunflower oil
- 100g- onion
- 400g- potatoes
- 250ml- demi-glace
- egg
- salt, pepper
- milk

Directions
1. Prepare the potatoes.
Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain well.
2. Make the mashed potatoes.
Mash the potatoes with margarine and milk until smooth. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
3. Cook the lamb filling.
Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and cook the onions until soft. Add the lamb and cook until browned.
4. Season the filling.
Add salt, Worcester sauce, and pepper. Stir well and cook for a few minutes.
5. Assemble the pie.
Transfer the lamb mixture into an ovenproof dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top. Brush with the egg wash.
6. Bake the shepherd's pie.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until the top is golden.
7. Serve.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
