  • 600g- boneless lamb
  • 3tbsp- olive oil
  • 2- cloves of garlic
  • 1tbsp- ground coriander
  • 1tbsp- ground cumin
  • 1tbsp- lemon juice
  • 1/2tbsp- paprika
  • 1- onion
  • 2- bell peppers
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Prepare the marinade.

In a bowl mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika,  coriander, cumin, salt, and pepper.
