- 600g- boneless lamb
- 3tbsp- olive oil
- 2- cloves of garlic
- 1tbsp- ground coriander
- 1tbsp- ground cumin
- 1tbsp- lemon juice
- 1/2tbsp- paprika
- 1- onion
- 2- bell peppers
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Prepare the marinade.
In a bowl mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, coriander, cumin, salt, and pepper.
2. Marinate the lamb.
