Directions
1. Prepare the prawns
Pat the prawns dry and season lightly with black pepper.
2. Start the base.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sliced chillies and cook briefly.
3. Cook the prawns.
Add the prawns and cook for 3 minutes on each side until pink and just cooked through.
4. Add flavor.
