- 2tbsp- vegetable oil
- 2tbsp- lemon grass
- 1- kaffir lime leaf

- 350g- crab meat
- 650g- uncooked prawns
- 1- eggs
- 2tbsp- water
- 1tbsp- red curry paste
- 2tbsp- fish sauce
- 2tbsp- lime juice

Directions
1. Prepare the prawns.
Finely chop the prawns into a coarse paste.
2. Make the crab cake mixture.
