Ingredients
- 300g- cod fillets (boneless and skinless)
- 300g- salmon fillets (boneless and skinless)
- 1tbsp- sesame oil
- 2- cloves of garlic
- 1tbsp- fresh garlic
- 2- red chillies
- 2tbsp- soy sauce
- 1tbsp- lime juice
- 1 stalk- lemon grass
- sunflower oil
- salt, pepper to taste

Directions
1. Prepare the fish.
Cut the salmon and cod into small pieces. Finely chop until you get a smooth but slightly textured mixture.
2. Make the mixture.
Transfer into a bowl and add the sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red chillies, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the mixture becomes slightly sticky.
