  • 4- salmon fillets (180g)
  • 1.5Ltrs- vegetable stock
  • 120g- onion
  • 80g- carrot
  • 40g- celery
  • 1- bay leaf
  • black peppercorns
  • salt to taste

Directions

1. Prepare the salmon.

Trim the salmon and remove any pin bones. Rinse lightly if needed and pat.
