- 200g- cheddar cheese
- 200g- fresh breadcrumbs
- 2tbsp- herb mustard
- 200g- butter
- 8- cod fillets (150g each)
- 1 tbsp- thyme
- 1 tbsp- chives
- 1tbsp- parsley
- 1- clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp- olive oil
- salt, pepper

Directions
1. Pre- heat the oven.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and lightly grease the baking dish with olive oil.
2. Pat the cod fillets.
Pat the cod fillets dry and place them in the greased baking dish. season with salt and pepper.
3. Form the herb crust mixture.
In a bowl, combine the fresh breadcrumbs, the chopped parsley, thyme, chives, garlic and melted butter. Mix well.
4. Spread the mixture over the cord fillets.
Spoon the herb mixture over the cod fillets.
5. Bake.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden.
6. Remove from the oven.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool then serve.
