Directions
1. Prepare the fish.
Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry. Season with salt, black pepper and a little lemon juice.
2. Coat the fish.
Lightly dust each fish fillet with flour and dip it into the beaten eggs.
3. Heat the oil.
Heat the vegetable oil in the frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the fish.
Place the fillets in the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Drain.
