Directions
1. Prepare the lamb.
Trim the best end of the lamb if necessary and season well.
2. Brown the lamb.
Heat the oil in a pan, and lightly brown the lamb on all sides. Remove and allow it to cool on all sides.
3. Prepare the parsley and breadcrumbs mixture.

4. Coat the lamb.
