  • 50g- butter
  • 1- spring of thyme
  • 100ml- red wine vinegar
  • 2- bay leaves
  • 10g- garlic
  • 150g- shallots
  • 250ml-beef jus
  • 350ml- chicken stock
  • 250ml- red wine

Directions
