- 500g- long grain rice
- 4- eggs
- 150g- onions
- 100g- butter
- 2tbsp- curry powder
- 4tbsp- parsley

Directions
1. Cook the rice.
Cook the rice in salted boiling water until tender.
2. Poach the smoked fish.
Place the smoked fish in a shallow pan and cover with water. Poach until well-cooked. Remove all the skin and bones, then flake the fish.
3. Sauté the onion.
Melt the butter in a pan and saute the onions until soft.
4. Stir in the curry powder.
