- 50ml- sherry vinegar
- 250g- shallots
- 50g- butter
- 250g- beef trim
- 1litre- beef stock
- 350ml- red wine
- 250ml- chicken stock
- 350g- mushrooms
Directions
1. Cook the mushrooms and shallots.
