Directions
1. Combine minced beef, salt, egg white and a quarter beef stock.
Thoroughly combine the beef, salt, egg white, and a quarter of the cold beef stock in a heavy-bottomed pan.

2. Chop the vegetables.
Peel, wash, and finely chop the onions, leeks, celery, and carrot.

3. Add the peppercorns.
