- 400g- Red lentils
- 2- Baby shallots
- 80ml- Oil
- 640g- Ham hock
- 1/4- Whole carrot
- 100g- Leeks
- 240ml- Milk
- 100g- Celery
- 2ltrs- water
- 50g- onion

Directions
1. Place the ham hock, onion, and carrot in a pot.
Place the ham hock, onion, and carrot in a pot and cover with 2 liters of water.
