Ingredients
- 100g- butter
- 800g- rice (white)
- 100g- Onions
- 2ltrs-Chicken stock

Directions
1. Sauté the onions.
Add the butter to a saucepan and add the onions.
2. Add the rice.
Add the rice and cook gently for 3 minutes.
3. Add the stock.
Add the chicken stock. Season and cover then bring to boil.
4. Cook in the oven.
Place in a hot oven at 250 degrees Celsius and cook for 15 minutes.
5. Mix in the butter.
Remove the rice into a cool sauteuse and mix in the remaining butter using a two-pronged fork.
6. Correct the seasoning.
Correct the seasoning and serve.
