Directions
1. Add rice into a saucepan.
Add the washed rice to a saucepan with water.
2. Boil.
Bring to a boil under high heat until most of the water has evaporated.
3. Steam.
Turn the heat down, cover the saucepan, and allow the rice to complete cooking in steam for 20 minutes.
4. Fluff the rice.
Let the rice rest for 5 minutes with the lid on, then fluff gently with a fork before serving.
