  • 1kg- potatoes
  • 2- lemon
  • 8- cod fillets
  • 100ml- olive oil
  • 2- onions
  • 800ml- fish stock
  • 1tbsp- chives
  • 1tbsp- thyme
  • sea salt
  • black pepper

Directions

1. Preheat the oven.

Preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius.

Sauté the onions in butter until soft. Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme.
