- 800g- white fish fillet (sole)
- 2tbsp- ginger
- 2tbsp- oil
- 2tbsp- light soy sauce
- 4tbsp- spring onions
- salt to taste
- parsley

Directions
1. Prepare the fish .
Wash and pat them dry, then season lightly with salt on both sides.
2. Prepare the aromatics.
Mix the ginger, garlic, and half of the chopped spring onions in a bowl.
3. Arrange the fish.
Place the fish fillets on a plate and spread the mixture of ginger, garlic and the spring onion evenly over the fish.
4. Steam the fish.
Bring water to a boil in a steamer. Cover the plate tightly, place it into the steamer and steam gently for 10 minutes until cooked.
5. Prepare the sauce.
Remove fish from the steamer. Drizzle the soy sauce and oil over the fish.
6. Finish the dish.
Heat the oil in a small pan until hot, then pour the hot oil over the garlic, ginger, and spring onions on the fish to release their aroma.
7. Serve.
Garnish with the remaining spring onions and parsley and serve.
