Directions
1. Infuse the milk with the vegetables.
Infuse the milk with studded onions, carrots, and bouquet garni. Then cool.
2. Add milk and whisk in the sauce flour.
Add milk to the saucepan and whisk in the sauce flour gradually, until the sauce is thickened.
