  • 25g- butter
  • 375ml- cream
  • 100g- pork
  • 1/8tbsp- thyme
  • 625ml- water
  • 400g- fresh trimmed clams
  • 1tbsp- paprika
  • 1/8tbsp- white pepper
  • 1/8tbsp- salt
