  • 150g- Brown basmati rice
  • 2- spring of fresh thyme
  • 300g- celery
  • 4- eggs
  • 3tbsp- olive oil
  • 2 - lemon
  • 1- onion
  • 2- tomatoes
  • 1/2- cucumber
  • 3tbsp- parsley
  • 1tbsp- coriander
  • 1- pomegranate

Directions

1. Simmer the rice.

Simmer the rice with the thyme and celery until tender. Drain and cool.
